Interactive dinner
It is a series of exclusive gatherings regularly organized by the Bahrain Foundation for Dialogue. Each event consists of two dialogue sessions separated by a dinner that brings participants together in a friendly and informal atmosphere.
Participation in these gatherings is by special invitation extended to a select group of individuals who are not typically accustomed to engaging in dialogue together. This creates a valuable opportunity for the exchange of perspectives and the sharing of diverse ideas and insights on social, cultural, economic, and other issues of relevance to Bahraini society.
What sets these gatherings apart is that they are held entirely away from media coverage and press exposure. This is intended to create a space of freedom and comfort, allowing participants to express their views openly and transparently. The aim is to foster mutual understanding and build bridges of communication and trust among the diverse segments of society.
These gatherings are held at the residence of Dr. Ghazi Abdulrahman Al Gosaibi and are moderated by Mr. Suhail Ghazi Al Gosaibi.

Facilitation program
Tayseer” is a developmental program offered by the Bahrain Foundation for Dialogue. It provides training courses and capacity-building programs on the principles and methods of designing and facilitating community dialogue. The program focuses on human development and equips participants with both theoretical and practical knowledge about the importance of dialogue, its stages of design, and the concept of dialogue facilitation, highlighting the key qualities and skills of an effective facilitator. “Tayseer” aims to build the capacities of social activists and interested individuals to support and promote community dialogue, empowering them to lead meaningful conversations that inspire impactful local initiatives.
The program begins with intensive training on designing and facilitating community dialogue. Participants then move on to developing detailed proposals for live community dialogue initiatives. These proposals are presented to a specialized jury for evaluation, and the most promising projects are selected for support and adoption. The program concludes with a recognition ceremony honoring outstanding participants for their implementation of the initiatives and awarding them the title of Dialogue Ambassadors.
This project was launched in 2016 in collaboration with the organization Search for Common Ground. The Foundation later developed and independently implemented the second edition of the project in 2019, followed by the third edition in 2023. The fourth edition is scheduled to be launched in 2024.
The project has achieved significant success and attracted strong interest, with hundreds of activists and interested individuals participating in its various editions.
