Manama \u2013 The Bahrain Foundation for Dialogue organized the specialized training program \u201cDialogue Ambassadors\u201d over the course of four consecutive days, from August 17 to 20, 2025. The program was held in collaboration and coordination with the Ministry of Youth Affairs as part of the activities of Youth City 2030, and featured the participation of a select group of trainers specialized in community dialogue. <\/p>\n\n

The program targeted young people aged 21 to 35, focusing on developing their skills in designing and facilitating dialogue, applying amicable solutions to resolve conflicts, and enhancing their leadership abilities to contribute to strengthening social cohesion. <\/p>\n\n

The program was delivered by trainers Salem Rajab, Abbas Hamada, and Noha Karmastaji. It consisted of three intensive practical training phases that focused on preparing participants, encouraging them to engage in positive community dialogues, and empowering them to lead effective community dialogue initiatives. <\/p>\n\n

At the conclusion of the program, participants were awarded certificates of participation in recognition of their efforts and commitment to promoting a culture of dialogue and building bridges of understanding within Bahraini society. The three trainers were also honored with certificates of appreciation in acknowledgment of their outstanding role in the success of the program and for delivering rich and interactive training content. <\/p>\n\n

This program comes as part of the Bahrain Foundation for Dialogue\u2019s ongoing efforts to promote a culture of community dialogue and to empower young people with the tools of constructive communication\u2014positively contributing to the stability and cohesion of the social fabric in the Kingdom. <\/p>\n\n
